In this position, we expect to take ownership of our frontend area. We'll rely on you for guidance on the right architecture for new features and products. You'll also need to stay on top of new technologies and guide us in implementing new technologies accomplishing our business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Total Development experience.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Javascript/Typescript experience.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Angular/Vue.js experience.
• 2+ years of full-time hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Experience to lead a team from the technical standpoint, architect solutions, convince and have the team implement your technological vision
• Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to lead a development team in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to haves

• Understanding of native mobile development for Android and iOS is highly desirable.
• BS Degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Expertise in database technologies like SQLite, Firebase, Realm, and experience with RESTful APIs and JSON for mobile applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing search functionalities within mobile applications, including but not limited to, full-text search and fuzzy search, utilizing technologies like Elasticsearch, Algolia, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
