Role
As a DevSecOps Process Improvement Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our software delivery pipeline. You will identify areas for improvement in our existing DevSecOps processes, implement new initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our processes align with the evolving needs of our business.

Required Qualifications
- Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
- 3+ years of full-time hands-on Program Management experience.
- 3+ years of full-time hands-on DevSecOps experience.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and security best practices.
- Experience with open-source technologies and their licensing implications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Excel, GitLab, Visio, or similar workflow design tools.
- Strong in planning and assessing risk early in the project
