Our client is a new Latin American proptech startup transforming how people find and buy property. The platform brings together real estate ownership data, zoning info, transaction history, and listings into one trusted, tech-powered resource- helping buyers, brokers, and investors make smarter, faster decisions in a traditionally fragmented market.

About the Role: Our client is hiring a senior full-stack product engineer to build and ship an MVP quickly. You’ll own delivery end-to-end: turning Figma into a polished product, building backend services, and creating reliable data pipelines.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship a production MVP fast
• Implement clean UI from Figma designs (high attention to UX details)
• Design and maintain Postgres-backed services (Supabase preferred)
• Build scrapers and ETL pipelines to collect, clean, and join disparate datasets
• Make pragmatic architecture decisions that won’t require rewrites later
• Work independently with minimal oversight and communicate progress clearly Availability: Full-time.

Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on fullstack development experience.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on React/NextJS experience.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Node/Express experience.
• 2+ years of full-time hands-on data pipeline experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills (frontend + backend + infra)
• Solid data engineering instincts (ETL, data quality, joining messy datasets)
• Resourceful builder mindset: ships first, iterates, avoids over-engineering
• Comfortable integrating APIs / LLM services when useful (not the core skill)

Nice to haves

• Strong English communication (Spanish is a bonus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
