They're building the next generation of internal platforms that power how agents and teams manage relationships, deals, and opportunities across the global entertainment industry, making performance, availability, security, and observability mission-critical.
You'll own the infrastructure and reliability environment end-to-end, including cloud resources, Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure security. The company is currently migrating from a legacy platform to a modern cloud-native environment, and you'll work across both the new platform and the ongoing migration as systems transition module by module.
The engineering organization is being built largely from the ground up, a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys greenfield infrastructure work and wants to help shape how the engineering team builds and ships software.
What You'll Do:
- Own and evolve Azure infrastructure using Terraform, including networking, compute, managed services, and secrets.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments for a distributed microservices platform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Define and improve observability across metrics, logging, alerting, and tracing.
- Lead incident response, drive resolution, and implement reliability improvements following postmortems.
- Manage PostgreSQL infrastructure, including backups, replication, failover, migrations, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to improve local development environments and deployment workflows.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and applications.
- Support the migration from a legacy .NET/MSSQL platform to a modern cloud-native stack.
- Build developer tooling and automation that reduce friction and improve engineering productivity.
Availability: Full-time.
