Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 7+ years of full-time hands-on Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Django backend (or similar Python-based backend) experience.
• 4+ years of full-time hands-on React.js experience.
• Proactive communication: ability to elicit requirements by yourself, identify issues, frequently and openly communicate about the progress and blockers, as well as propose solutions.
• Autonomy: ability to deliver working solutions on time without much supervision or guidance.
• Dealing with uncertainty: ability to solidify vague requirements, make decisions, and deliver working software on time.

Nice to haves

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
