By eliminating the friction of disconnected tools, they help brands build smarter, more profitable customer relationships.

We solve problems and build software collaboratively here, there’s no product or design handoff, and you’ll have an opportunity to be involved in shaping the solution, not just coding it.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to cross-functional teams to ship software solving business problems with ambiguous or challenging technical solutions, including those that may require significant changes to existing systems or creation of net-new systems entirely.
  • Contribute to ensuring a high bar for the quality of the systems and software built.
  • Write code to solve high-level issues with broad scope and complexity.
  • Operate as a technical lead for projects where you have experience and expertise.
  • Contribute to code review, system design, documentation, and the development of tooling and testing.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and incident response.
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve bugs and codify common solutions and responses in run books.
  • Contribute to an inclusive and equitable environment within your teams and among peers.
