Client Engagement Details

What We Do We're the first and largest peer-to-peer marketplace for laundry. Our client customers tap the app and outsource their laundry. For them, it’s life without laundry, because we hacked it out of existence. But they solve a second problem too, which is that more and more people of varying backgrounds want to work from home. Luckily most people have an underutilized washer/dryer, which when combined with our Laundry Pro app, provides the first-ever manual labor work-from-home gig in the world. For all our users, they’re a marketplace for a better life.

The Role We’re looking for the person who can make household impact a new category in the modern benefits package and make our client the company that brings it there. This is a category-creation sales role for someone with deep experience selling into HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, People Ops, or the broader employee benefits ecosystem. You know the buyers, the brokers, the consultants, the platforms, the budget cycles, the objections, and the politics.

Your mission: own a new market, land the first employer logos, and make a permanent line item in the modern benefits package.

  • This is a highly strategic, category-creation role rather than a traditional territory management position.
  • Deep benefits industry expertise over general SaaS sales backgrounds.
